FatChance Support

FatChance — indie Mac tools (Setsuna, EXIF Cool, and more as they ship).

How to get help

Use the Support contact listed with the app in App Store Connect, or contact FatChance through the store where you purchased (Mac App Store or Gumroad).

Setsuna

Mac screen timelapse / screen recorder. Sold as-is. If it will not launch after a normal install from the channel you bought, use that channel’s refund process.

Screen Recording: grant permission when prompted; recordings stay on your Mac unless you export them.

EXIF Cool

Local metadata editor for Apple Silicon Macs.

Refunds

Handled by Apple (App Store) or Gumroad under that store’s rules.
